As an entrepreneur & psychologist, loosely based on Schopenhauer, I have "become, who I am." My heart & brain are dedicated to positive psychology.

As häppi founder, it makes me happy to be a creative idea machine, energy shower and emotional companion to my clients. In my role as a coach, I mostly work as a trusted sidekick of personalities from business, politics and media.

I help in career development, as well as in the search for talent as a headhunter. And above all, I also stand by your side when mastering overly stressful changes & crisis.
